719 44th, Oakland

Unlike in San Francisco, there are really only two major pockets of Victorian homes in the East Bay (West Oakland and Alameda) and they stand in stark contrast to the many craftsman homes that characterize the area. This lovely West Oakland home comes complete with picket fence, intricate stick work and brackets at the exterior and largely intact public rooms including ornate moldings, fireplace, and staircase inside.
