1940 Parker, Berkeley

Click on picture for additional photos and complete listing

This Berkeley shingle style craftsman has some great original details. At the exterior it features broad overhanging eaves, brackets, and clipped gables. Inside much of the original woodwork is intact including picture rails, board and batten paneling, stairway with interesting turned newel, and a grand dining room built-in. The coved ceilings also remain in most of the house and appear to be in good shape.
