Formidable Eichler, Foreclosure Eichler, Former Eichler

Three more East Bay Eichlers have hit the market since my last post. These new homes range in condition from ‘very nearly original’ (8159 Phaeton, Oakland), to ‘pretty good aside from the kitchen’ (1580 West, Concord), to ‘very little left’ (5811 Highwood, Castro Valley). The Concord house is a foreclosure, and demonstrates why Concord is known as the city with the least expensive Eichlers in the Bay Area.

As always, if you want to keep informed about the latest East Bay Eichlers coming on the market, sign up for our East Bay Eichler Email List. We will send you out notifications any time a new Eichler hits the market or changes its price, so you will always be in the know. If interested, send an email to colson@edificionado.com.
