909 Pacific, Alameda

Alameda may be best known for its boulevards lined with grand Victorian homes, but certain parts of the island are filled with equally well-preserved bungalows. This colonial revival bungalow is an excellent example. The woodwork in this home is ample and pristine. From the window seat by the front door to the built-ins, the inlaid floors, and box beams, everything is intact and amazingly well preserved. This wonderful house has obviously been well taken care of over its 101 years because it is not often you see a home of this vintage in such great shape.
