24 La Espiral, Orinda

This Orinda post and beam mid-century might need a bit of work, but it has a lot going for it. To begin with, almost everything is original from the exposed roof structure, to the great kitchen enclosure, to the interesting fireplace, so there is a lot to work with. The home has a very open floor plan and the spaces flow nicely together despite several elevation changes. The dining room takes a place of particular prominence perched above the lower living room and surrounded by massive walls of glass.
