Today we feature a nice example of an East Bay colonial revival bungalow. These modest homes are typically two beds and one bath and they are by far the most common variety of home in much of the East Bay. They are typically characterized by lap siding, bay windows and a hipped roof with one or more hipped dormers. This Rockridge home has all of those features, as well as lots of original woodwork, leaded glass, and period light fixtures inside.
