This may be the nicest of the three Roger Lee-designed homes that we have seen hit the market in the East Bay so far this summer. For one thing, it is a relatively large home for Lee who prided himself on delivering modernism to the middle class. With four beds and three baths and over 2000 SF it is a substantial home. But on top of that, it is in truly exceptional condition. Nearly everything appears original, and there are some truly gorgeous Lee details in the home. From the light fixtures to the oversized masonry hearth to the wood paneling, everything is in amazing condition – a real rarity.
