This Piedmont Pines mid-century needs a bit of work, but it has the potential to be a real stunner. It was reportedly designed and built in 1950 by Edward Hussey who was a long-time associate of Julia Morgan and it appears like almost no changes have been made to it since then. It is full of great period details: exposed beams, brick, a massive window wall with views over the bay, and a kitchen that has to be seen to be believed.
