109 Bear Ridge, Orinda

Today we feature another interesting Orinda home built in the 1980s. This one was built in the late 80s and it is quite different from the home we posted yesterday. Gone are the woodsy interiors and organic textures of the 70s and in their place is clean angularity and large expanses of unadorned walls. The exterior is very much in keeping with the tenets of the Third Bay Region style with its vertical siding, lack of overhangs, and blocky appearance. It is a home that would feel as appropriate in the meadows of Sea Ranch as it does in the hills of Orinda.
