727 Bancroft, San Leandro

Today we feature a nice Spanish colonial revival split level in San Leandro. The living space in the front of the house is particularly striking with its exposed beams, large brackets, and great Moorish influenced window. There is also plenty of wrought iron, interesting plaster details and a nice period bathroom – all in all a good representation of the many period revival homes that once lined the streets of old San Leandro.
