1632 Green Valley, Danville

Danville is not particularly known for good modernist architecture, but there are always exceptions to any generalization and such is the case with our featured home today. It is a wonderful post and beam mid-century that is full of brick and glass and plenty of redwood. The listing attributes the home to an architect named Blackwell whom we are not otherwise familiar with, but we are definitely intrigued by this very thoughtful Bay Region home tucked away in a most unlikely location.
