A week ago on Friday we featured an interesting Berkeley storybook home, and this Friday we have another to share. This one is a short hike from the home we featured last week and it is a potential short sale with loads of potential. It has a great asymmetrical half-timbered gable facing the street and plenty of original woodwork inside – a great opportunity for a buyer willing to delay gratification a bit.
