Today we have an impressive Late Victorian to share. The home was designed by Alfred Pattiani who was perhaps Alameda’s most beloved local design-builder during the Victorian period. This particular house is relatively restrained compared to some of his lavish Queen Annes, but it still has plenty of great details including nice spindle work on the porch and an exceptional lattice screen in the foyer.
