This modest Temescal bungalow has a nice stucco exterior with the relatively simple and blocky embellishment typical to 20s California bungalows. The Temescal and Rockridge neighborhoods are home to a large number of bungalows from the first quarter of the last century ranging from craftsman and colonial revival to the later period revival examples. This one is a later model and it boasts plenty of original woodwork and a nice vintage stove.
