1455 Vista, El Cerrito

It’s a little hard to tell from the pictures, but this El Cerrito residence is a truly exceptional hilltop mid-century designed by Robert Ratcliff. It has been on the market a number of times over the past few years, but it never fails to impress. The home is full of Ratcliff’s trademark use of pale woods, exposed masonry, and linear ceilings. There is even an accompanying indoor pool structure that was designed by Gerald McCue making this a very unusual short sale.
