20 Saroni, Oakland

This Montclair mid-century looks suspiciously like the work of Tom Lowe. Lowe’s homes are relatively common in the Oakland hills and they are pretty easy to recognize once you have been in a few because he was notoriously faithful to his trademark design. All of the telltale features are present in this home with the exception of the freestanding fireplace in the corner of the living room, but that may simply have been removed at some point in the past.
