154 Hillcroft, Walnut Creek

Click picture for additional photos and complete listing

This Walnut Creek mid-century is a pretty early example of Bay Region modernism and it appears to have had almost no changes made to it since it was new in 1947. All of the paneling and built-ins look original as does much of the kitchen and baths. It is quite a rare opportunity for a preservation minded buyer looking for a nice piece of period architecture. And with a prime hillside location to boot, this one is hard to pass up.
