Generally speaking, mature period revival homes of the 20s and 30s tend to have pretty minimally embellished interiors with just a bit of slender woodwork for accent. This impressive Haddon Hill Mediterranean revival is a notable exception. The home has large quantities of wood inside including fully paneled walls in some locations and large pilasters elsewhere which are a particularly unusual touch. Overall it manages to make a bold and unexpected impression while still remaining true to its period roots.
