This shingled colonial revival foursquare is a rare find indeed – a multi-unit building that still retains some period unpainted woodwork. It was likely built as a duplex, but is currently configured as three units, so there have been some alterations to one of the original flats, but even so it remains impressive. Rental properties are commonly painted between each successive tenant so it is fairly unusual for one to survive for so long a period without a few extra layers.
