Robert Klemmedson’s homes never fail to impress. They are invariably creative adaptations both to the needs of the client and to the specific site where they are located. This particular example makes the most of its wedge shaped lot by zigzagging its way back into the tight rear corner in order to take advantage of the broad views of the bay available there. A corner nipped off the living room in order to preserve the required setback becomes an opportunity to create visual interest and to open the home up even more to the vistas beyond.
