This lovely double gable bungalow cuts a striking figure from the street with its handsome brackets and sampling of original siding textures. Inside, the fireplace has been refaced but nearly all of the original woodwork is intact in the public rooms including nice inlaid floors and a charming built-in. It is a nicely appointed example of the type of modest bungalow that proliferated in Oakland after the turn of the century.
