1306 Broadway, Alameda

Today we feature an imposing high-peaked colonial revival that is one of a pair built by Clarence Morser on Broadway in 1904. The home’s exterior siding has been altered, but the interiors are in quite amazing original condition with loads of period woodwork and a beautiful fireplace. It is a nice example of a type of home that some argue is unique to the Bay Area.
