1665 Thousand Oaks, Berkeley

Click picture for additional photos and complete listing

This stately Thousand Oaks Tudor revival has a relatively flat façade with exceedingly shallow overhangs and a picturesque assortment of gables and dormers. Inside, its hand-adzed beams and doors, wrought iron, and leaded glass give the home a rustic appeal that is not often incorporated into the normally reserved period revival styles.
