Our featured home today is a very late and decidedly understated design attributed to Albert Farr. The façade is largely Norman revival but the crenellated turret and stone door surround add a bit of medieval flavor as well. Inside, the spaces are spare to an almost modernist extreme with only the bare minimum of embellishment. It is one of the latest examples of Farr’s work that we know of and serves as an interesting look at the direction that his design was headed at the very end of his career.
