This handsome Montclair mid-century appears to be another of Tom Lowe’s trademark downslope homes. Lowe built many variations on the same design over a period of several decades so his homes are a familiar sight in the Oakland Hills. Last year saw more of the familiar structures on the market than any other recent year we can remember so we are unlikely to see as many in 2016, but this one looks as though it has survived in particularly nice shape.
