Our featured home today is an intriguing Rockridge prairie style residence. The listing indicates that it was “inspired by” East Bay phenom Leola Hall who was a prolific design-builder in Elmwood before 1915. However, the layout and detailing of the interior appears to be exactly the same as a number of other confirmed Leola Hall designs, so it seems possible that “inspired by” may not be a strong enough description of Hall’s relationship to the project.
