This charming Rockridge residence is an interesting new modern variation on the raised basement bungalows that surround it. The home was designed by local Temescal neighborhood architect Mark Becker and it is nicely scaled to fit in with the rest of the structures on the street. Its double gabled façade is a nod to the homes that preceded it but the detailing is definitely from a more recent era – a thoughtful new addition to the hood.
