Today we feature a charming Thousand Oaks Spanish colonial. Its detailing is fairly understated, but the organization of spaces is extremely thoughtful with the kitchen in the center of the house, public rooms in one wing, and private rooms in another. It is an unusually considered variation on a familiar form.
