20 Bellevue, Piedmont

This substantial Norman revival was designed by Albert Farr and built by Axel Cederborg who were the team responsible for some of the most exceptional residences in Piedmont. This particular example was actually the second home built by the pair for the George Jensen family. The first home, which is at 37 Bellevue, ended up being too large for the family after Mr. Jensen passed away, so this more “modest” 4,486 SF residence was built a few years later.
