365 San Carlos, Piedmont

This Piedmont period revival is a bit difficult to place in any one category due to its hybrid detailing, but it is probably best characterized as Mediterranean with a hint of Tudor. The roof feels rather Tudor, but the Palladian windows and arched openings are quite Mediterranean. Inside, the woodwork is spare but well executed and the rooms are both generous and nicely arranged.
